- Responsible Conduct
Society of Well Integrity encourages a free and open exchange of ideas within a framework of mutual respect. Users are expressly prohibited from engaging in any activity that infringes upon another user’s right to use and enjoy the Site. Society of Well Integrity reserves the right, though not obligated, to monitor user conduct and enforce these Terms. This includes the removal of any information or materials deemed unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane, indecent, or objectionable, at our sole discretion. We further reserve the right to disclose any information necessary to satisfy legal, regulatory, or governmental requests or to protect our rights. Users violating these terms may be permanently blocked.

- Limit to Actual Damages

- Modifications/Termination
Society of Well Integrity reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement (or discontinue the Site) at our discretion and without advance notice. Continued use of the Site is conditional on adherence to and compliance with the then-current version of these Terms. Users are encouraged to check this page frequently.
- RSS Feeds
Downloading information through an RSS Feed from Society of Well Integrity (and/or its affiliate sites) is permitted for personal use or with a non-commercial website. For use in conjunction with a commercial website, please contact us through our contact us page. If the RSS Feed information is posted on your website, prominent attribution must be made to Society of Well Integrity, including a link to the Society of Well Integrity home page. No other content from Society of Well Integrity may be posted on your website.
- Your Contribution
If you contribute content to this Site, you warrant that you are the author or have obtained sufficient copyright in the content. - Choice of Law
These Terms of Use are agreed to be subject to and governed by the law of Alberta, Canada.
- Arbitration and Waiver of Class Action
All claims, disputes, or controversies between users and Society of Well Integrity arising from or involving this website or these Terms of Use are agreed to be heard by and submitted to arbitration pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Act. Both parties agree to waive any right to commence or participate in any class action against Society of Well Integrity (or users) and, where applicable, users and Society of Well Integrity hereby agree to opt out of any class proceeding otherwise commenced.
- Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held ineffective, illegal, or void, then the remaining terms are agreed to remain in full force and effect.
